Patients can wire transfer money to the hospital before travel, pay via Visa/ MasterCard, bring cash and deposit before admission. Please Note - international wire transfer may take 3-5 working days and it is advised that patients transfer money timely to avoid wasting time once they arrive for treatment.

What is included in the treatment cost?

The treatment cost covers surgical fees, doctor’s fees, lab tests, medication, and room charges.

What additional documents and information do you require from my doctor?

Please bring all previous medical reports, including X-rays, MRI, CT scans, ultrasound images, blood investigation reports, and discharge summaries (if available).

Can an attendant stay with me in the hospital?

Yes, during your hospitalization, one attendant can stay with you in a single room at no additional cost. Complimentary food and accommodation for the attendant are provided.

How soon can the investigations be scheduled?

We prioritize NO waiting time for our patients. Investigations are scheduled promptly after admission under the treating doctor.

Do you assist in obtaining a medical visa to India?

Yes, we assist in obtaining a medical visa invitation letter. Once you select a hospital, please provide the passport copies of the individuals traveling, and we will facilitate the medical visa application process, including e-Visa applications, which are simple and fast.

Travel related FAQ's :

Will you assist in airport transfers?

Yes, our Admin manager can arrange a dedicated professional person will receive you at the airport upon arrival and arrange transportation to the hospital or accommodation. After discharge, we provide transportation back to the airport or accommodation, all at Complimentary.

How can I contact my doctor for follow-up inquiries once I have returned home?

Medlife facilitate communication with your doctors via email and telephonic consultations. Video conferencing with your treating doctor can also be arranged if necessary.

What is the payment policy?

An advance deposit of the treatment estimate is required upon admission to the hospital. Any excess amount deposited will be refunded at the time of discharge if the actual treatment cost is lower.

Opt for non-luxurious yet hygienic guesthouses or hotels near the hospital. Look for options with kitchen facilities for self-cooking. For longer stays, consider furnished/service apartments, near the hospital.
